  Initial research covers Copilot, Cursor, Codex and Claude Code. Source inspection is incomplete. No provider import profile or runtime adapter is approved; research coverage does not mean supported integration.

  Empirical p50/p90 estimates, explanations, advisory budget checks and GitHub job summaries. The intended command families are quote, bind, settle, check and explain; they are not implemented commands.

  Chronological evaluation against a repository-wide baseline is planned. No accuracy benchmark, savings figure or delivery date is claimed.

Open-source direction

NOLD AI reports that the private project is licensed under Apache-2.0. A public release is planned. Public source and release links will appear here when available; no release date is committed.
